Our annual pumpkin harvest season at Milky Way Farm runs Sept 24-Oct 30, 2022. For Saturdays and Sundays, individual tickets should be purchased in advance as we respond to public health and safety protocols. Walk-in tickets are available on a limited basis. Stroll to the pumpkin patch, wander through the corn maze, take family photos, and visit the farm animals as part of your 2-hour $5 admission ticket/per person. Bring your own wagon to carry pumpkins, fall harvest items, vegetables, and honey products that may be purchased during your visit. There will not be free hayrides however we are offering private hayrides for $75 (wagon holds 20 people) using another event link. Tip: Purchase a private hayride for family or group prior to farm admission tickets as you must arrive at the farm at least 30 minutes before your confirmed private hayride time. Visitors are expected to practice social distancing. Chester Springs Creamery will be open for ice cream from 10:30 am-8 pm. Only service dogs allowed on the farm on a leash. We are open rain or shine. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming you to the farm.
With the purchase of this ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following new PA state Act 27 law regarding agritourism.
"Agreement and Warning: I understand and acknowledge that, except for limited circumstances listed below, an agritourism activity provider is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an agritourism activity. I understand that I have accepted all risks of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from an agritourism activity. I understand that an agritourism activity provider is not protected from liability if the provider:
*Performs an act in a grossly negligent manner and causes injury or damages to a participant.
*Purposefully causes a participant's injury.
*Acts or fails to act in a way that constitutes criminal conduct.
* Recklessly fails to warn or guard against a dangerous condition that causes injury or damages to a participant. A dangerous condition is a condition that creates an imminent and substantial risk of injury or damages to a participant."
Guests who do not agree to release the agritourism operator from liability as stated on the ticket or written agreement, should not participate in the activity.
